All recipes are grain, pseudo-grain, starches, soy, dairy and all sugars free. Only pure honey, organic date syrup, fresh fruits or their concentrated purees are used as sweeteners. In some early recipes butter, or clarified butter are listed and were used as an ingredient. Ingredient restrictions in this blog are more strict, compared to popular Paleo diet. Buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth, tapioca, arrowroot are not allowed, as well as several types of meat and  seafood. Some vegetables are on the restricted list, too.
